PYRAMID OF PERFORMANCE

MDP's Pyramid of Performance is the blue print for an athlete to maximize their athletic potential. Each athlete is directed through a physical, mental and emotional process that prepares them to conquer the challenges they face at every level. As your athlete climbs the Pyramid, they are protected from the pitfalls of sport, while being empowered and prepared for their upcoming success.

 
 

LEVEL 1: PRIVATE TRAINING

MOVEMENT—learn how the foundation of any great athlete is how they move; strength, power and balance through the trunk of the body.
1-on-1 training

LEVEL 2: SEMI-PRIVATE TRAINING

SLOW-MOTION MIND—as physical, mental and emotional distractions increase so does the speed of the mind. The slow-motion mind separates great athletes from average athletes.
1 trainer with up to 3 athletes

LEVEL 3: SMALL GROUP TRAINING

SELF-AWARENESS—when you prepare through a Process of feel, NOT a process of thought, you will stay in a sequence longer.
2-3 trainers with 4 or more athletes

LEVEL 4: ELITE GROUP TRAINING

MENTAL QUICKNESS—the ability to respond in milliseconds to any stimulus. Your internal GPS is programmed to create and control the space around you earlier then anyone around you.
2-3 trainers with 4 or more athletes
